HOW TO SEE STRESS POSITIVELY

Everyday, stress is constantly hovering around us.Ready to set in its clawing fingers to our state of the mind. Confusing us, paralysing us and stopping us to move forward. Sometimes however, it shoves us to action without planning ahead. STRESSFUL...isn't it??

But we can better manage stress if we know ourselves better. Our strengths and weaknesses ;and how we face our battles everyday.

First, take one day at a time.Live now. Enjoy, work and gather the positive accomplishments and learn from the unfortunate events in a day.

Second, have a Journal to write down your thoughts, your experiences, your problems and the solutions you applied to resolve each situation at hand.
Third,prepare yourself for tomorrow by ending the day with an intimate talk with our Creator who would love to hear our words of thanks. HE is ready to give us more strength, inspiration and more ideas to use our talents to create a contented life.

And finally, let stress become a sort of driving energy to enhance our ability to face the bigger tasks ahead...because life is a series of challenging experiences. So make it an ally not an enemy.
